?Superb Staff! Great Value! ?Amazing Value Deal - Double Room with Breakfast! All the staff were very personable and efficient. Receptionists Chelsea, Nicola and Sabrina were helpful and informative. Helen, Jo and Ben on Breakfast Service were exceptional! Especially loved the health shot created by Helen! Apple, Beetroot and Ginger! Thanks to chef for the Full English Breakfast - yummy!! Our room was clean and comfy! I loved the fluffy white towels and good quality loo roll. The bed was super comfy with lots of pillows so a best nights sleep in ages! The building is beautiful built around 1884 with a great history. The General Manager Sian really runs a great team and they are a credit to her. Definitely coming back for another stay! Oh and lots of parking, a swimming pool, gym and beautician.Rooms: Comfy beds for a really good sleep. Quality loo roll, lots of sockets for phone charging, hairdryer etc? good lighting both bedside and overhead, good shower and beautiful fluffy white towels. Coffee and Tea making facilities.

Thank you to all the staff that made my stay memorable. Thank you to Sian and the reception team Chelsea and Sabrina. Nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to the bar staff great company Wes, Ola, and Kelly. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying by yourself as the team makes you feel very welcome.

I have used the garden room twice now , sadly both for wakes. It is an ideal venue for any form of family gathering. The room has large round tables allowing easy group conversations. There is a separate side room to allow for buffets, drinks teas and coffee etc. The patio doors open out to the beautifully landscaped garden complete with outside seating on a large terrace. On both occasions the food and drink have been excellent. There is an automated grand piano in the main room that can gently play in the background. The staff have always been extremely friendly and welcoming. The entire package represents very good value for money. I can?t think of a better venue locally to Caleb rate the life of a loved one.

I attended this venue for a 90th birthday part with afternoon tea style buffet. They went above and beyond to cater for my gluten free and vegan diet. Was the best selection of food I've had eating out for a long time.

We stayed at the De Rougemont Manor for a weekend break. We really loved the peaceful location and character of the property. We found our room to be a good size, clean and prepped with a travel cot. We hadn?t specified we needed one so that proactive touch was really appreciated.The staff were very helpful and friendly. Sabrina and Helen in particular were lovely and made sure we had high chairs, and finger food for our baby (even offering a quick cuddle so I had both hands free to quickly eat a bit if dinner!) to keep her entertained while we had our breakfast and dinner.I also had a lovely massage at the spa on site which was very relaxing. Would recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Fantastic building. The staff were great and very sensitive to say we were there for a funeral.Be warned depending on your network provider the phone signal in that area is terrible.
