Very good service. The girls just need a bit training in welcoming, explaining the treatment and after care. But this they learn in a minute.

Finally got around to making a booking at this salon to do my nails. I was not disappointed and my nail technician was excellent and listened to me to ensure I was satisfied with her work. I was more than happy ? she gets 5* from me and a return customer.

Amazing experience! I recently moved to the area and definitely found my new go-to salon. I got shellac mani + pedi and got my eyebrows done and am really please with all of it. Lovely staff, everyone was really friendly and professional!

Waxing was great; however, my 'turn back time' facial was poor and for £50, I expected more! The person carrying out the facial didn't speak to me except to say hello, and no explanation of what she was doing at any point or what products were being used. The products didn't smell great either. The 60 minute facial as far as I could tell was 35 mins of massaging my chest and face (I didn't pay for a massage!) and the rest actually working on the facial. 10 mins was when the facialist applied something to my face and left the room without a word....When I had this removed with sponges, it was rough and left residue on my face which I took off when I got home. Also, and I know this can't always be helped, but the facialist's hands were freezing! Which really didn't make the experience very comfortable. Also, I was heavily pregnant and didn't receive any extra offer of comfort while in the room. Not the best experience here. :(

Went for a waxing .. and eyebrow shaping ? place was dirty, stained cushion in the beauty room? bad service would NOT recommend.
