The staff here is very ignorant and reluctant to help, they demand prescriptions for over the counter products, not sure what is wrong with these ppl. Not everyone's a druggy that is trying to buy allergy pills especially at this time of year.They did the same demanded prescriptions when I was trying to buy vitamin D tablets earlier this year. Useless people useless store.

Great pharmacy! There are some shortages for some medication. I have called about 10 pharmacies around Essex none had the medication apart from Day Lewis.On top of that, they are picking up the phone while I was calling other pharmacies 5 times and no answer.Thank you guys, you?re doing a great job!

The pharmacist here is so caring. I've suffered with migraines for years now. She noted I had been in on a few occasions to buy certain headache tablets and advised me to speak with my GP to talk about getting them on prescription. She gave great advice and today I rang my GP and after years of paying a fortune on pain preventatives for migraines I've been issued a prescription, which will save me a fortune and helps clear up any issues with purchasing pain medicines. This was done with such sincerity and kindness that I can only suspect the pharmacist here chose her profession because she has a genuine care for people and their wellbeing. The service is always fast and the gent who serves is always very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.

Very unprofessional. Pharmacy occasionally does not open on time due to pharmacist being late for work!! Happens quite often, so word of warning don't rush too early

My wife and I have been using day Lewis pharmacy for many years in warley mainly to pick up our prescriptions plus other purchases and I have to say they are fantastic and the service we receive is wonderful
