The staff at Day Lewis are absolutely amazing! Everyone is so friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. The pharmacist in particular was extremely informative about the weight loss service, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. You can really tell they care about their patients.
I know people often only leave feedback when it?s negative, so I wanted to make sure a positive review was shared ? and this team really deserves it!

I regularly use this pharmacy for mine & my husbands medication, I always find a friendly face in there and nothing is never too much for them, I have always been treated very well and advised by them when needed - well done all - you are doing a great job ?

Travel vaccine service was poor -did not have 2 of the 3 vaccines i booked the appointment for and over 20 minutes late seeing us.

A pretty reasonable local pharmacy..the weak point is the phones are not answered at busy times just a recorded message.....so a big big fat fail for poor customer service and communication.They really must try harder ! It can be done !

Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. Wonder why NHS is on its knees. Super unhelpful, go to another pharmacy for your needs. Date visited 11/04/2025. The staff need sacking

A very efficient pharmacy. I appreciate being able to have a blood pressure check, a flu vaccine or UTI treatment. This pharmacy works very hard to provide an excellent service to the community

I find the staff helpful & professional . My regular prescription is digitally sent to them from my Gp and my medications are always ready promptly , it is also in Convenient location .

We avoid now as they appear far too busy and over-worked and stressed out with the GP prescriptions from next door Beechwood Surgery. Have found an alternative pharmacy who are able to assist us moving forward! Much to our relief.

Absolute Joke of a Business. Given the wrong prescription, came back for the 3rd time and staff in the back saying I should come back the next day because they close soon, maybe check the prescription the first time round, this could have been very serious if I hadn?t read it was the wrong prescription. RUDE
