Unfortunately the knowledge of some staff towards the correct shoe and sizing for young adults is questionable. Lovely, friendly staff though but I won't be using this one again after the state my son's heels have been left in!

Shoebox of a shop and seemingly understaffed. Was waiting for nearly half an hour with an out of control toddler even though I was next and was told two minutes whilst the staff seemingly flapped about ignoring me. Had to leave as only had half hour parking. Go to the Romford one much better customer service.

Why is Clarks Brentwood no longer recycling shoes? All these large companies join the green bandwagon for five minutes, make a big show about how they are helping the environment, and then quietly remove all their green initiatives. They need to be called out on their poor record of maintaining and promoting green initiatives when they are clearly failing.

Really friendly at a very busy time (back to school ð??±). They didn't have the style shoe my son wanted and were out of stock online. The manager phoned some other stores and managed to get hold of a pair and transfer back to store in time for school! Very grateful.
