First off I want to tell you that Harki is absolutely brilliant. She is very professional, amiable and a pleasure to be with for both myself and my wife. This is the second time I have had her de-wax my ears and I will definitely use her again.
Second is Vanessa who I have wrote about before. She again is all of the above re my hearing aid and yesterday she, in my opinion, pulled off a miracle in repairing my hearing aid.

I had Eye and Hearing tests booked, which were carried out in an efficient and professional manner. Excellent service from my local Boots branch in Brentwood High Street, very friendly staff and good facilities. Vanessa, the Audiologist deserves particular mention for her technical expertise and fantastic customer service.

I have been using Boots Opticians Brentwood High Street for years now, and opticians as well as customer service are always absolutely outstanding. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they take a lot of care and time to ensure that not only the lenses, but the frame is spot on (even if you want a rather unusual frame!)

Have used Boots Opticians in Brentwood for a while now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Went in yesterday, as my newer glasses were tight,giving me headaches. Unfortunately I don't know the 2 ladies names, both of which were so helpful and could see straight away what the problem was,one came back from her lunch to help me. So thank you so much.

Recently changed from Spec Savers to Boots for my eye test. The optician was very professional and referred me for eye lazer treatment. After another test and the glasses sorted with variofocul and reactolite lenses I was finally hoping the double vision I was experiencing would go. Sadly NO and the Optician recommended having A prism fitted. This, along with removing the variofocul part I thought would be expensive. To my surprise and pleasure NO further charge, alongwith selecting frames for reading glasses. This is what I call service and eye sight now as normal as could be. Many thanks to all concerned.
