Michael A. took over site management of our project (ground floor extension, garage demolition and build, new front porch) when it was around 2 months underway. Taking over a project part-way through is never easy but we feel really pleased that Michael became our site manager. He understood our project, our motivations, what we were trying to achieve etc. despite not being in on the ?ground floor?. Michael answered our numerous and frequent questions and queries with insight, professionalism and always in a frank, friendly and easy to understand manner. We?re on the verge of completion and have achieved our aims - that would not have happened without Michael?s expertise, help and input.

Richie and Artur from Blackberry Build did a fantastic job in renovating our house.It was a complete renovation of a Victorian terraced house, including moving the kitchen from upstairs to downstairs, changing the heating system, changing windows, knocking down walls, placing structural supports, rewiring, switching the electrical services and more. The project really showed Richie and Artur's strengths, as they were able to advise on and complete tasks on the whole process of renovation, from initial idea, planning through to completion. Whenever we had questions about any aspects of the work, Richie impressed us with his breadth and depth of knowledge, and with his efforts to make sure we were happy with how everything was going.It was a complicated project with many different stakeholders involved and many moving parts. Richie dealt with these moving parts and different stakeholders expertly, and was able to flex and manage his team according to changing priorities, managing to complete the project on time with minimal stress. The finish itself was excellent, and we're really very happy with the result. Richie and Artur worked with us and our designer to preserve the original features in the house whilst renovating and adding in new features that work in harmony with the house.Overall we would really recommend Blackberry Build for a complex renovation such as ours, as they took the stress out of the work and completed the work on time and to a very high standard. We're very happy that we chose to go with Blackberry Build.

Recently finished a two bedroom apartment full renovation in East London. Richie and Artur and their team were always responsive, professional and very easy to deal with from start to finish. They answered all the questions I had and have a wealth of experience in project managing and handling renovations. Their quotes and timeframes were realistic and they made this process very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We've recently had a loft conversion completed by Blackberry Build, and I'm please to say that the team have been brilliant. They kept the place clean and tidy throughout the process, took care of any small issues that came up, and we're really happy with the quality of the final work. I'd definitely recommend Blackberry.
