They?re the only estate agents to actually phone me back when they said they would. I looked for a place for 3 months and dealt with so many different estate agents, Beresfords were by far the best.I?m still waiting 3 months later for some of the others to call me back about properties.

Beresford's have been great managing agents for my BTL property which i've had with them for several years. I would highly recommend them to all. All correspondence from my tenants have been swiftly passed on to me, Gas and electric certificates have been dealt with promptly. All the new laws for landlord compliance over the years have been documented and keep upto date by Beresfords. Regular visits including initial inventory and leaving inventory details have documented and emailed to me for my piece of mind. Well worth using their property services.

Great service by Beresfords in Brentwood. Lauren helped us with finding the perfect property to rent. Excellent customer service, always helpful, very efficient and handled the process very well from booking the viewing to then passing on our offer and even setting up a meeting with the owner.
