I recently purchased a BMW from Barn Cars, I had my own time to view the vehicle and test drive. It was a no pressure sale, I found a couple of faults which were repaired immediately. Very happy with the car and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good car.

The staff were so nice and not pushy with selling the cars at all, we had our own time to view the car and test drive, the overall experience was just stress free. We left feeling happy with the purchase and now I have a lovely Fiesta. Highly recommend Barn Cars and thank you very much for your help Daniel!

I cannot recommend this place high enough, after searching for a 2nd hand car and feeling so pressured to purchase something I didn't want ,a friend recommended barn cars .....what a breath of fresh air, was greeted by Oliver, no pressure whatsoever, found a car ,then changed my mind the next day for another car they had ,all was cool, and the lovely Ken came with me to test drive the one I chose, such a lovely, down to earth man ....felt so at ease . Daniel done the paperwork side of my purchase and was so patient and helpful as I'd forgotten my glasses ? ....I would definitely recommend Barn cars ,honest and genuine, if there's a problem, they sort it ,thank you Oliver, you went above and beyond ?

Thank you to everyone at Barn car for a professional job & help with supplying a nice smalk car for my mother's neubour who had his car written off & had no means of travelling over to view a car. You offered to take a car over to Chigwell for a viewing without an obligation to buy. In the end after looking on your web site he decided on a car & you delivered it to him. He is really pleased with his new car. Thank you once aging for your patience & help.

Quick enough to sell you a car but after promising to help and sort private plate out for us still waiting and just get fobbed off!!Avoid this garage at all costs!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER despite being AA approved they told us our car was ready to collect but it had 2 faults which we had to travel 150 mile round trip to get sorted at our expense. And continue to lie about sorting out our personal number plate!!!

I was so lucky to have my first car buying experience from Barn Cars. Could not have been more stress free. I was offered free delivery (considerable distance might I add!) and all processes from test driving to going through the paperwork were smooth and professional. Cannot recommend highly enough.

*Buyer Beware*We purchased a VW Tiguan from Barn Cars and it was the biggest mistake we made. Following some issues with the car we contacted Barns and they were very quick to relinquish all responsibility. We therefore took the car to a VW dealer who told us that it had been in an accident and it needed a whole new engine and electrical work. The cost of the repairs were literally the same as the purchase price. If you value your hard earned money and some level of customer service - avoid avoid avoid!

Excellent service from start to finish. The whole process was stress free and so easy. There was no pressure to buy and Daniel helped me feel so at ease, as a woman on your own it can be intimidating especially when you have no idea on cars. Nothing was too much trouble, Daniel was helpful in answering my many questions and phone calls I made. I can't believe how easy the process was. Daniel sorted out the finance , tax, and all the paperwork, I literally just signed! I love my new car and will definitely bring my nephew back to look for his first little run around.
