Probably the worst customer experience. Ignored for 20 minutes?then told I might need to wait TWO DAYS, even before checking they had the tyre (which was in stock). I ended up getting a mobile tyre company out to replace the tyre on their forecourt (while the manager and staff chatted in the office). I was happy to pay the other guy £155 as at least he seemed grateful for the business. What a joke!

I wouldn?t recommend attending for an urgent puncture repair. I hit a screw on the A12 whilst en-route to work at 0600hrs. My tyre completely deflated and I was able to pull into a lay-by. I pumped the tyre back up and was able to nurse it to this garage.I waited outside for two hours until it opened however, I was turned away and told I would have to book a puncture repair in a week. I understand that this is a busy garage but I?ve never been turned away for an urgent puncture repair from a tyre shop before. This is the case in the five different geographical areas I?ve needed to attend a tyre shop. I went to Queens Park Tyres just down the road in Billericay and they got me in and fixed the puncture right away. I would recommend them over this garage if you solely need tyres.

I wouldn't recommend ATS anymore. I went to get a puncher fixed, and was told that I would have to make an appointment. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but when I asked when was their earliest appointment was, they told me they could do it in 2 weeks time. Now come on, who is going to keep a spacesaver on for 2 weeks, not me or anyone I know. I used to recommend people to them but now I would say, if you have a puncher don't both go somewhere else.

Had a booking to replace 2 front tires. Arrieved on time. Garage was empty. Waited 1h20min while they were replacing tires. The guy had two hands and two legs and doesn't looked retired. Its 15min job, max 30. 1h20min its Tooo much for a professional tyre place, they just wasted my valuable time. Other then that, workers were friendly, waiting area was warm and clean.

Today was my second year having my car MOTd at this place with a Groupon voucher. Great service, seen on time on both occasions.Passed with no advisories. No trying to find issues to add to the bill. But I guess if things like indicators, wipers or tyres were faulty, you would expect them to be flagged and resolved..Thank you to all the team

Went to this garage with my wheel already off needing a puncture repair .. rudely ignored my customer service staff and then told I had to book in my wheel for repair. The guy mentioned he had a customer coming in with 4 tires to change in 15 minutes ? the repair would of take. 10 minutes and the garage was completely empty with staff just sitting around ?. And he couldn?t book me in until following day .. even though I had the wheel in my hands ?. BUYER BEWARE !!!!

Extremely helpful took my car to do MOT promptly, I stated that I had an appointment in London for 12pm so they ensured my car was immediately dealt with, I felt comfortable and at ease which isn't always the case at garages. But your manager was jovial and welcoming.
