It take very long for food to arrive. We are only 4 tables and yet it takes forever. Even the dessert I did come to the till to ask where it is. Very slow service we spent 2 hours. I will not come back. So beware if you are in hurry ?

Not only is the food great the service is to . We often come here for a meal but always arrive later than most due to having two small children . We are never rushed out of the door and the whole experience of being in this restaurant is just wonderful . The female manager who ran the restaurant Sunday night is friendly, welcoming and cannot do enough to ensure people have a great meal and experience.
We will definatley be back !

When arrived we were sat quickly however table and seats still dirty with tape over splits in the seats. Then had drinks order taken by 2 people. Drink arrived quickly but then waited another 10 minutes for someone to take food order. Food was nice and hot. However we then waited 40 minutes for puddings to arrive with no sign of them had to ask different waitress what was going on. She quickly asked and sorted puddings. Once finished we waited for our waiter to come by to ask about the bill. He continually looked over but did not come by. After 10 minutes we went to the till and asked for our bill. Was in Zizzi?s for 2 hours and will not be returning anytime soon!!

Omg ordered 2x spaghetti bolognese, and a meat ball pasta tomatoes thing. Firstly when got meat balls it was like just mince meat no balls manager came over tried say that's how we do it it's mashed up what a load of rubbish no one orders meat balls to find the is no meat balls and is just mince meat in with pasta etc. He got me new one in end and received meat balls but sorry manager tried say thats what meat balls are redicilious. When also got the 2x spaghetti bolognese they were luke warm nearly cold tasteless awful food. The total came to £61.70 worst food ever tasted tesco smart foods is better than what we got. Waitress thought it was funny just terrible service stay clear of this place they don't even know what meat balls are or how they should be served. I would give zero stars but can't. Asked two times for spoons also finally I looked for them myself until waitress came over gave me them.

Very overpriced food, extremely slow and dry service. It took so long for our drink order to be taken, food took forever to come out and all came out at different times, with items missing that we got charged double for. Our starters werent cleared before our mains, we had to ask for cutlery and to have more drinks. Overall extremely poor service.

Very disappointing to now report this restaurant has gone down in every category since I reviewed it 4 months ago. Today we were ignored for 20 minutes after arrival.
The starter served was not as ordered and had to be remade. The lasagne was not really hot enough and hardly 6 layers! The Calzone was burnt on top with hardly any Bechamel sauce making the chicken quite dry.
The welcomer in the red shirt spent most of his time on the phone behind the bar and the kitchen staff were continually in conversation. Our server was the most attentive person there and seemed to lack the support of other staff, working on his own most of the time.
This was supposed to be a celebratory lunch for my wife's birthday so was extremely disappointing.
