Appaling customer service - approached the tills and asked the lady on till if they have wallpaper, while I was approaching she looked at me whilst she was serving a customer. I assumed she was not busy serving and I asked her a question. She replied back with a impolite expression ' I am serving'! She seemed really unhelpful and unapproachable! By the way her name was Donna.

Disastrous Kitchen Order and Appalling Customer Service ? Avoid
I would strongly advise anyone considering a kitchen purchase from Wickes to think again.
I ordered a kitchen from Wickes and discovered at the final stage of installation that one of the critical components, several pan drawer fronts had been delivered without any pre-drilled holes or guide markings, making them impossible to install. This was clearly a manufacturing fault, not accidental damage or user error. As a result, the entire kitchen has been left unusable.
Even before that, several panels were delivered damaged, including scuffed and dented units. While I initially continued with the installation (as the damage appeared to be in less visible areas), it became clear by the end that the overall quality control was severely lacking.
Despite reporting the issue immediately and providing photographic evidence, Wickes refused to collect or refund the full kitchen. Their customer service was shockingly poor, I was misdirected multiple times, told to email a contact who never replied, and later instructed to go into store advice they later admitted was incorrect. Each interaction added more time, stress, and confusion.
Wickes continues to hide behind internal policies and refuses to honour my legal consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, insisting that installing some units means I accepted the goods even though the fault was only apparent at the very end of the process.
As a result of this experience, I have formally raised a complaint with the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman and reported the matter to Citizens Advice. I have also requested compensation for the significant disruption and time lost.
This has been one of the most frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing retail experiences I?ve ever had. I urge anyone reading this to be cautious when placing trust in Wickes' products or aftersales support.

Bought 4x wall panel kit on the 29th and was only delivered 1, after 5 phone calls with customer service I still have not received the goods I have paid for.
