Service here was okay, we needed to change an item they got wrong and that was a bit slow which is the biggest flaw in Wagas 'we bring food to you when it's ready' rather than just know cooking times and make sure everyone eats at the same time.

The staff here are great.
The young man who served us was friendly and knewledgable, really impressed with him. Food is decent, my kids love it. Quick service and pay by app means you don't have to wait for the bill. Cost me £85 for two adult meals, one kids meal, chilli squid on the side, 3 soft drinks and 2 desserts, so not cheap, which is ok, nowhere is anymore, but at least I got good service and food for my money.

Visited today with my son we had the kids chicken Raman and the shredded duck noodles. Very good as normal. We had a very slight issue that was quickly resolved by the manager who handled the situation in a quick and professional way.
Extremely impressed with the customer service!

No fault on food nor the place. Everything is top notch... Except for the staff. Manager on duty today (4/8/2025 - 18:00) is plain rude and very unprofessional. Beware...

Not very impressed today, service was fast, a d pretty friendly. 3 different waiters asked us if we were ready to order, wed literally just sat down. I ordered a Thai Margarita which arrived in something a little bigger than a ramekin, with 3 huge lumps ice taking up most of the tiny space available, a bit gobsmacked at £9.30. Was about 3 sips, no salt rim as advertised either. Had Chicken ramen which was underwhelming, chicken was very bland as was the broth. Plenty of noodles, but if course this is the cheap part of the meal... I asked for coriander, a tiny spring was put on it. Overall I don't think I'll bother going here again. I'd get more flavour from a pack of noodles at home and a little imagination....

I've placed an order for collection at 20.40. After arriving at the restaurant to collect my order is not even on the system and I am now waiting for a rush order to be cooked, on my wifes birthday. Also the staff have offered me no hospitality for the inconvenience. Shocking

Ordered a salad and although they said the lettuce was supposed to be cleaned it was dirty. The manager made his way over as I showed it on the pass to the chef beforehand. Apparently the salad is prewashed and that the restaurant washes it also. Not really impressed as the restaurant isn't what I'd call busy .
Service was good waitresses where attentive , and the manager did knock the cost of the meal off
All in all though we go there for the food , this affirms my thoughts that chain restaurants aren't able to keep up with good quality food especially whilst the chef/cook holds zero regard for what goes out . If it was his menu they would care .

They were extremely helpful. I told the workers here that my duck was a little too brunt for my liking after tasting it. And they re made my food without question. The customer service and food is 10/10

just want to take a moment to share an incredible experience we had at Wagamama recently. As we walked into the restaurant, a member of my team unexpectedly passed out at the entrance and went on to have four seizures right there in the restaurant. It was an extremely distressing and worrying situation, but the way the staff handled it was nothing short of outstanding.
Manager Chris and waitress Millie were absolute stars?calm, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire ordeal. They took control of the situation, reassured us, and provided amazing care and assistance until the ambulance arrived. In what was a highly stressful and emotional moment, their professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern made all the difference.
I can honestly say they are the most professional and friendly people we?ve ever come across in such a situation, and we?re beyond grateful for everything they did that day. A huge thank you to Chris, Millie, and the whole team at Wagamama?you?re a real credit to the company!
