Firstly I would like to commend Darren at Topps tiles Braintree for above and beyond service. We visited the store on Wednesday and after 30 minutes of back-and-forth from the car between me and my husband, Darren asked why it was we couldn?t both come in, My husband explained that we had our son with us who is autistic and doesn?t do well with people and sound, Darren could see we were struggling to make a choice and asked if we would like to return to the store at 5:30 when it?s closed then we could bring our son in. AMAZING? we are in the middle of a house renovation and this was the first time we had entered a shop as a family and didn?t have to worry. Darren ensured he didn?t mind staying late and offered us tea and coffee to show us he really didn?t mind being there for us, we have taken some samples and Darren has asked we call to set up our next visit in the same way. I can?t put into words what this actually means thank you so much.

Fantastic service from Topps Tiles in Braintree. I needed to get some floor tiles in a hurry and after trying a few other local tiles shops to no avail I reached Topps Tiles. They had a great tile but unfortunately wasn?t enough in stock. Luckily Porsha was ware that they had just taken delivery of a brand new tile which was perfect for the floor to create the deep contrast with our wall tiles. Thank you to both James and Porsha for excellent customer service. We couldn?t be happier with the results, highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Shop has a large selection on display and you can return and get a refund on unopened surplus materials. I highly recommend them.
