I'm not really accustomed to leaving reviews, however having had outstanding service from Sully at Timpsons in Braintree High St a couple of weeks ago; he was an easy first choice for a watch battery replacement - as expected he treated my watch with great care, replaced the battery and pressure testeand there and then whilst I waited. Price was very reasonable and was pleasently surprised to be provided with a free lifetime battery replacement garuntee.
2nd time I've used Timpsons in Braintree High St and again Sully provided caring and exemplary service; again - 100% recommended!

What a lovely guy Sully is! He was so helpful in sourcing our key and keeping us informed on delivery. I also wanted to have an engraved plaque on a garden seat we had bought in memory of my mum. I had chosen one font but Sully suggested an alternative which when we received it was better than I had envisaged. I?ve since returned to have another memorial plaque engraved and Sully didn?t disappoint in his recommendation. A great local shop with an excellent manager in charge!

Poped in for a battery replacement for a watch after the shop I went in first said it had to be sent away with a 3-4 week wait tho they did helpfully redirect me timpsons & the battery was replaced immediately, very progressional service, will certainly use again, 10/10

A big thank you to Sully of Timpson Braintree!
He was so patient and friendly whilst coming up with a solution to get my worn out and intermittently working 2-button car remote. It was in desperate need of refurbishment!
His focus to get it fully functioning for me was very appreciated and by supplying and fitting a new case, cutting a new key and devising a fix for the buttons to work again, finished off the great customer experience perfectly!
