Was stopped from picking up an item on a shelf at 17:56 (Sunday) and herded towards the tills. I thought she was joking but stood in my way. Not in the mood for confrontation I went and paid without the main item I?d come in for.

Their stock control is appalling. I use both Tesco and Ocado for home delivery. I regularly do upwards of a £200 shop with Ocado, and NEVER get any items out of stock or substituted, yet every time with Tesco Marks Farm I have missing items or inappropriate substitutes, and it's always like it whether it's a £50 shop or a £150 shop.Whoever is responsible needs sorting, if anyone actually cares. Marks Farm Tesco has nose-dived in every aspect over the last couple of years. Oh, and Tesco just dump the shopping on my doorstep, whereas Ocado always bring it in for me, and SMILE!

Staff are quick to accuse the buyers of theft even when they have proof of sale. I won't be shopping there again. Just ridiculous

Not a great store! Half of the time only 3 tills are open and you have to scan stuff yourself while the employees stand around.just seems like a massive waste of time to scan my own stuff when I don?t work there

Security guard with the grey hair is creepy, my wife said about him a fair few times, we visited together but I shadowed her, sure enough he kept appearing on the isle. Then witnessed him squeezing though the till where she was.
Made a complaint also requested someone watch first hand, no one replied! No longer use the store, far from acceptable, I will add a photo so others can be aware

Some of the staff and customers were not wearing face masks and a lot of staff and customers were not social distancing! Bad customer service too! Also, stop saying over the tannoy you care about your staff and customers health because you've made it abundantly clear you don't! Also, I feel I need to add this, because I was treated so badly recently! A staff member, who I have had bad customer service before and looks like she has come back from a funeral, obnoxiously accused me of not paying for three carrier bags, which she had no evidence to accuse me of that! They were my own ones. Yeah right, I will pay £28 for my shopping but not pay 90p for three carrier bags! I have had problems with her in the past. I pay her wages and she is treating me like that! She should have been sacked years ago! I expect a much higher standard from Tesco!

Why were self checkouts installed to reduce number of staff on checkouts. Only used for a very short time. Now we have reverted back to long queues. A complete waste of money

Avoid this Tesco if possible is what I advise? I moved here from London 6 years ago and this is my local Tescos so I made do up until 2 weeks ago when I had enough after getting treated very disrespectfully by staff and security for no reason what so ever!! Staff are ridiculously rude especially at the self service, they are more interested to stand around gossip and show pictures of houses that they are looking to buy on Rightmove!! Management is despicable it makes me wonder if they are even trained or qualified managers. The store is always out of stock, shelves are always empty very unorganised and messy for customers to shop. I now shop elsewhere and can?t believe the difference I?m now realising how bad this shop actually really is.

Maybe the worst tescos in braintree. Shelfs are always half empty and the amount of dot.com people blocking the rows and pushing past can be insane let alone how misreble the staff look and how long the line is for self service even at non peak times

Still very disappointed with Mr Tesco I'm not the only one either people just don't bother moaning or saying anything about it. But if they ask so many people they would understand the frustration we all go though on a Sunday mid morning. Why the hell it opens at 12.00 mid day come on that's half way though the day people get in there thinking we can buy there aubday roast stuff to get it home to cook but no u have to stand in a queue gor half an hour it's crazy sort it out Mr Tesco. U can make even more money..

I do a click and collect weekly and always have help packing my car which is very helpful. The 2 guys that helped me today were Harry and Jason.
Their customer service was excellent. Thank you.
