I?m not one to moan or complain as I?ve worked in retail myself for many years but the staff behind the counter on tills are very unapproachable and rude. They look like they don?t want to be there. It made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. It?s not the sort of service you want when you go down to your local shop. However I can say the staff that were working on the shop floor filling the shelves were very helpful and friendly. Some of the members of staff give the shop a bad reputation unfortunately.

The staff in the store are SO rude! It shocks me that these people actually have jobs in customer service! I'd rather never shop there again. Boots is less than a minute away with lovely professional staff, it's a no brainer!
