What can I say absolutely amazing staff. Down to arriving till we left. Making sure my elderly grandad was seated and seen downstairs while I took my daughters upstairs. The optometrist gave my children all the information and explained everything making them feel comfortable and able to ask questions. Then between them they must have tried on every pair of glasses in the shop. The staff where so helpful and understanding helping them choose. They selected as many glasses as they wanted till they were both absolutely happy. Could not recommend highly enough.

Fantastic service here. I recently moved to the area and needed my glasses sorting. Fast, professional and good prices. The repair was free despite them using new arms and being out of warranty. Will definitely be using again. Thanks team!

I?ve been using Specsavers?s Braintree since I can remember, mainly because the service is always spot on. The service I received this time from Shaun, Debbie and Nicole was excellent, I had some concern's and Nicole carried out a thorough examination and put my mind at rest, while giving me a thorough explanation. Then Shaun and Debbie helped me choose some nice frames and advised on the best lenses for my needs and prescription. 10/10 every time

Amazing service yesterday broken two pairs of glasses so I pop in late afternoon the staff was so helpful they had the frame to replace lenses as they where still with my warranty who would think I would have warranty on them. But yes replace for free so thank you so much for helping yesterday.
