Sold completely the wrong item (sink unblocked rather than toilet unblocker). Only realised from the symbol half way home. Went to Wickes and bought a £5 plunger instead and took the £15 snake back. No recognition of a mistake and no apology. Overpriced anyway and now certainly never going back there, as complete waste of my time...

Great store! Has a lot in stock, pretty much everything you could possibly need! Some more uncommon items not in high demand are next day, staff are extremely friendly and always happy to help (especially when you don?t even know what it is you want to buy aha) highly recommended

Very poor as of late. Whenever a lorry is there you wait for ages. They usually only have one picker on. This can be at 8am and therefore everyone needs their order asap. Person on counter not allowed to leave the counter to help. Going to start going to toolstation even more often than I do now as time is money.

Not a good place to go for an amateur DIYer. Attitude from the get go, because I disturbed the conversation of the people behind the desk. Had no interest in helping me find my part, which is a shame because previously a man was very helpful. I doubt that I will go here again. Probably B&Q instead
