Sold completely the wrong item (sink unblocked rather than toilet unblocker). Only realised from the symbol half way home. Went to Wickes and bought a £5 plunger instead and took the £15 snake back. No recognition of a mistake and no apology. Overpriced anyway and now certainly never going back there, as complete waste... read full comment
