Excellent service from the young girl on front counter who sorted out my new fixed rate ISA as my old one matured this week it was a simple transfer over to a new fixed rate ISA very quick and very efficient great service

This Branch has shut its Counters for 3 months. This is fine if you don't use cash, the cash machines only issue £20 notes so if you wanted a large amount every month like I do, then you have a bundle of £20 notes to get in your wallet. This is if the cash machine is working correctly. Also I save change for xmas gifts...

Good financial services but they have removed their bloody counters so only other thing you can do is use the machines which makes it far less accessible. If you like a person and not a machine handling your money don't bother visiting.
