Really lovely quality leather bags & purses with a multitude of colours. Staff are really polite and helpful. Disabled access, prices are a little on the high side, but you have to accept that if you want quality. My wife would definitely recommend this store. ??

Staff pounce as soon as you enter store advising on latest offers. Best to check online for latest prices as often cheaper than in store.

Friendly staff good selection

I picked up my handbag this morning after it had been repaired which I was very pleased with. When I asked where my cover for thebag was they said the repairers did not return it. The lady who was serving me asked the young assistant to find a replacement cover bag. When she returned with the cover she just threw it on the counter without saying a word or looking at me. In this day and age it is not the sort of customer service you would expect after all manners cost nothing. I am a repeat customer but after this experience I shall be shopping elsewhere.
