I wouldn't reccomend ordering for delivery. The pizza is great, however it will arrive stone cold. The staff dont provide any sort of reinbursement either. Please avoid unless you pick up.

Ordered for a delivery. Delivery driver barely put the pizza box in my mums hand and it collapsed on the floor!! DRIVER SAID NOTHING, GOT IN HIS CAR AND DROVE AWAY!! PIZZA ALL OVER MY FLOOR!! My mum was devastated and felt so guilty that the pizza had dropped on the floor!!!

Called up and complained about it, seemed very unbothered by it didn?t have much to say. Said they would re deliver to me and that was it. I hope the delivery driver gets a talking to!! Absolutely fuming.

Terrible branch, if there is a mistake regarding the online order you cant get through to rectify it. Rather than answer the phone and ask you to wait they hang up. The excuse is they are busy. As customer service goes there is none! The branch is totally mismanaged.
As for google asking what I got, the answer is, it turned out to be nothing, although I did order dinner!
Recommend you think twice and order elsewhere!

Pizza was so greasy. The texture was like the base was deep fried. Very dissapointed. My mouth feels so horrible from the grease.

We always have the Veggie Sizzler from this branch, and I cannot stress this enough? the pizza is awesome every? damn?time! Moreover, the staff are friendly and courteous, despite their horrific working conditions (it is Braintree, duh).
We call on the phone and order, and collect in person, natch. This is the best way to engage with Pizza Hut. Forget the skibidi apps and delivery charges.
?I was a bit puzzled by the one star reviews but then after reading them, I realised most of them were from dimwits who used delivery apps and then blamed the restaurant for their problems. Wake up, sheeple!

Drove down to Pizza Hut after Just Eat marked my order as delivered and ran off with the order. Went to place the order and to make payment again while the order is being refunded by Just Eat. Young lady on the counter (really polite) spoke with her manager and made my day. They reported the driver and gave me my order for free. Really recommended. Amazing staff, amazing food. Highly Recommended :) Thank-You!!!!!
