Went for a gel removal and redo on my toes. First time I got to see the work done was at the end where they'd cut them to different lengths and at angles. They then tried to file them even shorter to correct but had already cut them too short. All I got was a half sorry. Absolutely awful for the easiest request in the shop,... read full comment
