Papa johns count your days. I pay £2 extra for chicken toppings and you give me a single strain in the centre of each slice. That?s pathetic and you know it. You could do at least a little bit more. This is stingy and whoever it is teaching staff in that shop to do this, is very greedy and stingy. What a joke

Ordered directly through papa johns but the delivery aspect was (temporarily) given to Uber who promptly left my order sitting there for 20minutes before they cancelled the delivery. By this point 40 minutes had passed since I originally placed the order, so I called the store to completely cancel and get a refund but whoever answered the phone was just arguing and refusing to cancel/acknowledge what I was saying. I tried to explain how the tracker said the food had been sitting there for 20 minutes and he promised the tracker was wrong and the food was fine. Eventually it was delivered by their own driver around an hour after the order was placed, but by that point the food was stone cold plus looked barely cooked as the cheese and crust were extremely pale. Tracker clearly was not wrong and the order had been left to go cold while waiting to be delivered. Absolutely abysmal.

I ordered online on today's date, at around 17:00 hours. The order, as of 18:10 had not arrived. So I called the store. I spoke to an individual who was rude and unhelpful, when I asked where the order was. He hurried me off the phone and then hung the phone up on me
I called back wanting to speak to the individual, as I do not appreciate being dealt with. I was not rude, I merely challenged him as to why the order had not arrived - despite a notification saying it had. I spoke to another individual who advised the first persons' name as Syaed. I asked what his position was, as I was hoping to speak to his manager and was told "that's not my business" and the phone was hung up the 2nd time.
After the call ended the food arrived, my partner felt the boxes and they were lukewarm at best. We were also advised the ice cream wasn't to be supplied - but we were not notified that at the time of order or asked if we would like an alternative. I refused the order at the door on the basis that the food was cold, order was incomplete and I did not want to deal with a company that treated customers in this manner
Absolutely shambolic.

My order was wrong and I just recieved abuse down the phone and then was hung up on. I can't believe a fully grown adult behaved like that. I will never eat there again.

Awful. Pizzas arrived looking squashed in,the garlic pizza sticks were burnt and dry, and the giant chocolate chip cookie was burnt on the edges and undercooked in the middle. The only good part of the meal was the drink,atleast it was cold. Never ordering from here again.
