Been using the store for over 8 years. Friendly staff and can have a good laugh with them. They are also very helpful when it comes to parcel drop off. Yes they can only accept so many due to space. Which I understand. Store is also very organised with a large car park. Which has been sorted recently to make it safe pedestrians.

Scammers. Ordered a vape and it does not work at all, broken and faulty. Owners are unable to sort this as they told me to bring it in to exchange. But that negates the whole purpose of having it delivered, if I was able to come in store to exchange I would have just came in store to buy. Very rude employees, and no help at all. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Young lad serving about 17.00 on 2/10/22 has a serious attitude problem. I won't mention his name to preserve his privacy but my boyfriend was subjected to eye rolling and huffing when he asked for something behind the tills. Was thrown on the counter in front of us once he brought it over. I never write reviews but this staff member made us feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable, I dont feel I want to return to the store again.
