I?m sorry but I have to give a bad review I?ve just been to the salon and to be honest I came out looking worse than when I went in
My t shirt jumper is soaking wet from the water gone down my neck the stylist did not style my hair, Ask if I?d like any products on my hair she did not layer my hair as I asked
I cannot recommend or do I wish to go back there

Fantastic. I am over the moon about my hair extensions. Husband hasn?t noticed but then he did say my hair looked nice? Menopause had caused my hair to thin. From a rats tail pony to a squirrel. Thank you so much Lorna and Kate for the cut after. You now have a client for life and I shall recommend your salon to everyone.

Cannot thank these guys enough for a fabulous service today! They cut both my hair and my 4 yr old. Fantastic with both my children (4 and 1) in the salon. Patient, friendly, knowledgeable.. it was just a really lovely experience for my the family as a whole.

Not good. Picked my daughter up, she came out crying. She asked for layers- no layers. She asked for a center parting- and got a side parting. She will not be returning.

Koolkuts in my opinion, are the best in town. Always do what you ask, for your hair, friendly atmosphere, have recently had online changes, good for the tech savvy. But there is always that personal touch. And a warm welcome!
