Full of ebay traders barging through as soon as the doors open buying 15 - 20 boxes of reduced trainers and not leaving anything for the general public.
Should be a limit on purchases.

I visited this store today as I do every time I visit Braintree village, today was very different.
I was approached by a shop assistant Named Fizan, he was able to find out if they had my size (12) trainers in the stock room, because they had sold out on the shop floor. They did and he had then brought up to me. He looked for me in they store to give them to me. Then at the till the assistant on the till Named Pel was happy and very helpful Thank you Both

Bought nike trainers which last around 3 months long. The faux leather started to break down. Recently found out that Nike has got a warranty up to two years to refund for the items that are faulty.
Now trying to contact the seller, but did not get any reply.

Came here with my 7 year old to buy some trainers with her giftvoucher. She found some air max and the assistant boxed them up and took to till. We purchased then drove home. We live over 2 hours away in Norfolk. When we got home we found out the assistant had boxed up 2 right foot trainers in different sizes. Called store and spoke to manager to try and organise a postage of correct pair and even offered to post the incorrect ones back, I've been told I can only have a refund or exchange is I ho back to that store. Explained I live 2 hrs away. They do not care. The outlet store we have here won't help either..nike.com just tell me to contact store. Just going round in circles. And in the middle a devastated little 7 year old girl who no longer has her gift card or her trainers. Absolutely appalled at the service here and nike as a whole.

I had a great experience at the Nike store thanks to Jack. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my visit. His polite and friendly demeanor made my shopping experience enjoyable. It?s clear that he is well-trained in customer service and knows how to communicate effectively. I truly appreciate his assistance and would highly recommend him to anyone visiting the store!

Staff are good and items at a good discounted price - just double check the right discount has been applied at the tills sometimes do not calculate the correct discount .
