I visited today with my Husband and children, and I just wanted to leave a quick review to say what a lovely bunch of young staff. So so friendly. The food came out fast and was perfectly cooked. Best Nando's I've had! Highly recommend well don't to the lovely staff. 10/10!!

This is "The" Nandos of choice for Daddy Daughter Saturday dinner. Loads of choices, been to most in Essex, Braintree is the one for us. Staff are lovely accross the board, the food portions haven't shrunk, generally the atmosphere is good. Never seen a fight or an argument in there. Unlike others.
However, wooden chairs with no cushioning, not for me and that booth directly opposite the door... you have to wear a coat as that's constantly opening and closing getting the freezing cold air in. Apart from that, can't fault the place.

We ordered a whole chicken using the nandos chilli point system and it tasted amazing. I recommend the loaded fries aswell.

came in today for my first time at nandos after some shopping and i must say the young waitress lily sparked our attention. amazing customer service and so friendly, truly made the experience just that little bit better. food was served quickly & food was lovely considering i don?t like spicy food so really great for everyone so a great experience for my first visit!! thankyou again to lily for your hospitality <3

My food arrived but not the full order, I raised this to three waitresses and they said "Its coming, they are just making it".
20 minutes later it still did not come so my food was cold and the servers still had no update.
The worse Nandos I have been too.

took my autistic daughter out today for a dinner, she hasn?t been allowed out the house since the 21st january 2020 so as expected was a very stressful visit at first. however the waitress niamh cunnane was very good at maintaining her. she was quick to help when my daughter got overstimulated and she calmed her down quick. she didn?t manage to finish her food but im sure niamh will have a nibble!

My first Nando's experience was a good one. I like the counter service so you don't have to wait for a server. The food was all really good and the sauce bar was convenient. Service was fast and the restaurant was very clean, even on a busy night.

Just popped in today after a long while. The place was as always really welcoming and the food fantastic. Andrea greated us with a lovely smile and her customer service skills where top notch . Lovely service overall and fantastic staff.

Hi we visited today with elderly
Residents from a local home . We had three wheelchairs and three carers . It was lunch time and the restaurant was busy . Your staff were fantastic in making sure we were seated and we could order . Didn?t get the waitress name but she was patient and understanding with our needs . They also loved the food . Great job
