I?m only giving one star, as I can?t go any lower.
We booked ahead for a 14:00 appointment for my wedding suit.
A lady within the store was trying her upmost to assistant multiple customers at one time, without any support from her colleagues. She was pulled from pillar to post and unfortunately couldn?t give us the time or assistance we needed.
She then asked her colleague (once he appeared 45mins into the appointment to support) due to the demand of adhoc customers etc,
He was less than interested in helping us, wasn?t listening and quite incapable in his role. Very arrogant, dismissive and unmotivated? everything was a chore for him.
After a while, we told him we won?t be wasting anymore of his time and we?ll be going elsewhere.
The service was terrible from start to finish, the worst experience we?ve ever had in a retail store.

Lucy and Dan at the Braintree store have provided excellent service this week. After being let down by the online delivery service, they were at hand to help ensure I received the items I needed on time. I would also like to express my gratitude towards Jamie at the Canary Wharf branch. It's great to see such helpful staff across your stores!

I wanted to share my experience today, we visited Moss Brothers in Braintree today as we had an appointment to help my son purchase his prom suit. Alex was exceptional, explained everything in detail and nothing was too much trouble. We came aware with a lovely suit and a happy 16 year old or as much as a 16 year will be.
Additionally, I wanted to address an incident with another disgruntled customer who came into the store and was extremely rude, aggressive and in fact abusive. She was arguing over a mistake she had made over £10. Your staff particularly the manager ( I can't remember her name) was professional, calm and dealt with this horrible customer with integrity and an amazing approach.
Employees in retail should never be subjected to attitude like that just because someone is having a bad day.

Me and my boyfriend came to Moss Bros today to get him a suit for my friends wedding. We were helped by Zach, His exceptional service made the experience truly enjoyable. Zach was attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured that he found a suit that fit perfectly. Zach went above and beyond to help us today, so thank you! Look forward to picking the suit up in a couple of weeks. Would highly recommend moss bros and popping in and getting Zach to help you.

Very unprofessionals avoid this. I have waited two weeks for a suit to be adjusted. First week have not been touched and week after was done only the left side of the jacket. Both times I have received email that the suit is done . Very unprofessionals

Nothing was too much trouble for the lady who helped me. Managed to find the perfect fit, albeit in a different material, so bought that one as it was perfect and ordered the pinstripe one I?d gone in for which arrived the following week. Couldn?t be more happy, a very easy and pleasant experience, happy to make a fuss of the dog as well which is always good. Thank you, will be back for sure.

FIVE STARS FOR TANYA, ONE STAR FOR MOSS BROS.
Make sure that when you visit that you see TANYA, by her own admission, she is 'Old School' and believes in 'Good Old Customer Service'.
When I went in to collect the Morning Suit that I ordered at another branch the waistcoat was the wrong style and colour and the trousers were far TOO big. Tanya resolved the problems in a cool, calm and collected manner, injected with a little amount of highly acceptable humour.
Forty-eight hours later, I went to collect the 'Revised Order', all AOK with the exception of the fact that one of the trouser adjusters was missing a part. Tanya and George resolved this within minutes.
Tanya, Five Stars, the other South Coast Branch, One Star, Moss Bros Supply Warehouse, 'Must Try Harder'. Fancy not checking that the trousers were not in 'First Class Condition' when they knew it was a Replacement Order'.

Tanya has been super helpful and help me and my husband choose the perfect made-to-measure wedding suit!! She provided such an amazing service and it's a very special experience with Made to measure suits. She really changed our previous views with Moss bros, (because we had really bad experience with the branch in Stratford). Thanks again and we really looking forward to his suit.
