I saw Hannah, such a lovely lady, very helpful, I could of bought the shop from her, she listened, understood exactly what I required, just went above and beyond, was very caring, so knowledgeable which really helps with selling as well, as if you know that one product has the same 2 fragences in it really helps I think. Hannah, put them in lovely boxes, stickers on the top as well, for a personal touch, and gift bags as well. Even made the tissue smell lovely.So I will definitely buy again from there, Thank you ?

Excellent!I popped in this morning in search of a diffuser/smell that we experienced on a self catering holiday. The Molten Brown Diffuser in the cottage had been refilled with something else but only found that out after buying Molten Brown Re-Charge Black Pepper online and realising it was lovely but not the one. We still wanted to find the smell from our holiday as we loved it. Initially I thought the owner had used another scent, but same brand. So I was on a quest.The ladies in the shop were absolutely lovely, it wasn?t a smell that they recognised and they suggested that we contact the owner of the self catering cottage.We did and discovered it was St.Eval Bay and Rosemary.Truly never been in a shop and been greeted by such lovely people. So when the Re- Charge Black Pepper needs replacing I will be going there.Totally recommend

The customer experience was second to none in this boutique. During the Christmas rush I was assisted by Julie who understood my needs and her suggestions and product knowledge was absolutely amazing, which helped me ensure that I got the perfect gift for the people I was buying for. She also showed me the best way to get the best bang for my buck. I highly recommend checking out this store especially during times when they have special offers. It?s makes it hard to make a wrong purchase.

Great customer service by all staff members. I was served by a young girl I'm sorry i didn't catch her name but she had long brown hair with a nose peirce she was very knowledgeable of the products. She was honest and patient with me especially as I'm indecisive shopper. I felt as if i had a personal shopper with me especially when it was closing time. Even though i spent alot of money Its very rare you get service like that. I'll definitely will be back again . Thank you
