This is our main McDonald?s, eating-in is always nice and pleasant atmosphere. The only big problem is the town has outgrown the restaurant. The car park is far too small during lunch or dinner time. Queues for drive-thru is a nightmare too.
Their toilets are cramped.
Sometimes click & serve isn?t available and they never seem to have caramel frappe available.

Did a home delivery, food arrived Luke warm and the drink was spilt so ended up with no drink. Later the evening me and my friend and I were both sick and were mainly chicken nuggets and selects coming up with all the batter they come coated in.
Based on recent reviews, there is obviously something wrong with how the place is storing food correctly once cooked, and that shows that there is a problem. This is the first time I have done a home delivery from mcdonalds due to price difference to instore, and unfortunately, I will not be returning again unless it is for an ice cream on a nice hot sunny day.

Unless you're going during peak times the food is often just warm, not hot, especially their nugget meals. Special instructions for food are often ignored/forgotten. Food is messy, it looks like it's literally thrown together. Carpark is a hangout for boy racers. Not our first option for McDonalds, Maldon is better.

Staff incapable of packing the right items in an order, two weeks in a row they've missed entire meals from our app delivery.
When questioned, managers are unhelpful and condescending, stating the bags are weighed - despite half the order missing, inferring we are making it up.

Possibly one of it not the worst McDonalds I?ve ever been too. Rude and ignorant staff, crap service and crap food. Would never ever recommend anyone go there. KFC far superior.

Yet another mindblowingly grotesque offering from the gates of hell in Braintree.. Usual slop served up. Food looked like it was put together in a cement mixer, given CPR by a sumo wrestler..then arrived colder than a penguin?s beak..

Sitting in McDonald's braintree on a Saturday evening and it's absolutely freezing inside. The air-conditioning is throwing out cold air, it's terrible.
