“We visited the store today at Braintree, the costumer service experience was great, thanks to Kayleigh who went above and beyond to help us out with the purchase of our bed and mattress, we even got to buy a pair of pillows (they were so confortable and the quality seems to be great that we couldn’t resist ?).”

“We visited for the first time today after reading good reviews. They squeezed us in without a booking and we got a table. The service was great and the food was delicious. We didn't stay too long because we knew they had bookings to honour. The setting is intimate and quite limited, despite being a large looking building from the outside. I'd definitely visit again maybe midweek as the vibe inside was a little odd today. Almost as though we had entered a private function. Cannot fault the staff though, very friendly.”

“Been staying there for work purposes and used it for about 8 weeks.Rooms always clean, staff in reception always polite, friendly and helpful. Same goes for the team in the pub next door for breakfast and evening meal.Meal deal is a decent option too.”
