Effectively the staff of this bank help people commit fraud. They have allowed someone to open a bank account with no real proof of address but link it to my house despite the fact that the person has never lived in my house and has no relation to me or my property but they have given him a bank account registered to my property. Even worse despite phoning them and explaining they have been conned and the person in question does not live at my address they won?t stop the account and let him run up debts and now he is using the account as proof of address to commit more fraud. The bank does not care that they are assisting a criminal and doesn?t seem to want to do anything other than send letters to my house chasing a debt for someone that has never lived there and the fact the credit reference agencies are now listing unpaid debts against my house because they are showing him as living my house seems to be in their eyes not their problem!

This bank I a joke couldn't pay for my parking 1£ or same day transfer money to the Revolut £23 .Lloyds you destroyed my credit history and now putting me on daily limits?I never signed that i will agree with Lloyds stupidity.Im done with this

Honestly, why are the hours so ridiculous? Closed on a Saturday is hardly fair, I can never get to the bank at the right time. These hours are just pure laziness, do the staff even work?

Some of the employees in Braintree branch such as mark is lovely.. but can?t say much for Nicky wardley as she seemed very rude.. made me feel uncomfortable whilst taking to her and I?m pretty sure I witnessed her roll her eyes at me when asking questions.. I?m autistic so it takes me a little bit longer to process information? I had been told by mark that the employees are more patient with people who have disabilities but that doesn?t seem to be the case with Nicky wardley

Lloyds I'm happy with as a bank but how ever due to this covid 19. Closing on Saturday is really not helpful anymore, for someone that has to work Monday- Friday. Saturday is the only time I can get to a bank and by not opening at all is a major blow!!I respect the whole keeping staff safe but when everything is more aless opening back up now and going back to normal hours.I can't see why the bank's can't do the same and just keep the public in the store to a minimum
