I wanted to write a review as my experience at the Braintree Freeport store today was outstanding. I went into store with a voucher as a birthday gift and went to purchase a bag. The manager of the store (unsure of her name but short dark hair, lovely lady) actually gave me my bag for £9 less as it was my birthday and she said it was a gift from Kurt Geiger. This was so thoughtful and really made my day so I wanted to thank this lady and wanted to commend the brilliant customer service.

Twice now the ladies in the Braintree Freeport store have been fantastically helpful. Firstly ordering me a different colour boot and having it sent straight to me at home and then last week the shoe I wanted in the colour I wanted wasn?t available to order but they could see the Portsmouth store had them. Helped arrange for me to pay the Portsmouth store direct who then shipped them straight to my home. Not even impacting their figures and they didn?t hesitate to help me. Lovely!! Thank you.

Just want to give a mention to the young girl who helped me today. (A young girl with long hair, didn't get her name unfortunately.) She was so helpful and couldn't do enough to help me get the shoes I wanted which they didn't have in my size. All ordered and on their way from another store now. Thank you so much!
