Picked up my new Renault Kadjar today, fresh MOT and Service. Simon was brilliant from the get go. He spent time going through what I was looking for and there was no pressure to buy. The whole process was smooth regarding transaction and he kept me updated through the whole process. He even took my courtesy car back to another dealership so I could collect my new car with no worries. Fabulous service!!!!

Just bought a new car from here. So friendly and helpful from the offset. Car had all work done on it (timing belt etc) included in price to make sure it was in top condition all with in a couple of days ready for collection. All paperwork is copied for proof of work done and parts ordered to give reassurance. Great warranty cover. Extremely professional and helpful. I know if I have any issues with the car they will be more than happy to help!

I bought a car from Simon and it could not have gone smoother. He bent over backwards to help me even sorting my tax and delivering the car to my home! Communication was excellent throughout. I have not had the car long enough to see if there are any faults but I am confident that these local people will be approachable if the need arises. I did not take the extended warranty due to my own funds but this did sound good and was a reasonable price .

The car Ricky and Simon sold me has a gearbox problem which they refuse to acknowledge, the car has also unrecorded front damage and the front bumper that was replaced is the wrong bumper and recently sprayed which they say they have no knowledge of to which now the paint is coming off due to poor repair, they did repair some rust for me on the the passenger sill which they charged me £250 and that has resulted in the side skirt not being fitted back properly and is now coming away from the body, they sold me the car with a fresh mot which would never of passed legally due to faulty headlights and the alignment was completely out they did resolve this eventually but took a month to sort out pushing me passed the 30 day money back return which I would of definitely done, on first viewing of the car I was told it had two keys but upon collecting this was not to be the case, they did get one cut but they was not happy about and also which I had to drive to 10 miles myself to get it done, was also told that it would come with a fresh full service which it did not and was told it would of if it was due one but because of this they would supply me with oil and filter for when it's due THIS NEVER HAPPEND. A worn wheel bearing needed doing which they did but the garage they sent me to was awful service and very unprofessional and after all this was done the car had a rear suspension problem and a idle problem but they were so hostile about this and came across uncaring and not nice at all and just told me to use the warranty they supplied which to be honest isn't worth the paper it's written on in my opinion, the car was sold to me with full service history however the paperwork was poor no audi booklets present with the car and also said the cambelt and pump was changed to which later I realised there was no receipt for this so i informed them about this and they said fine and just printed one out, this has been a awful loss of £14000 and is going to cost even more for me to resolve. Anyone considering using this dealer just tread carefully and do your homework on everything, they don't deal with problems they are pulled up on professionally, ask to see all documents and keys, don't do what I did and trusted them based on their "reviews" they will basically tell you what you want to hear to get the sale. Stay safe and wise everyone.
