Since I moved to Witham twenty years ago I have used John Mitchell Electrical for all of my domestic electrical goods purchases. They supply good quality product at very competitive prices. They will promptly and reliably(always turn up at the appointed time) deliver your ordered item, install it and take away the old unit that it is replacing, all for a very modest extra charge.After sales service is also excellent repairing faults where ever possible, rather than automatically always attempting to talk the customer into yet another new unit purchase.

What a excellent service received from Mitchell?s today ordered a Siemens washing machine at 4 pm on Friday delivered by 10.30 next day drivers both very friendly and knowledgeable cannot fault this service from this company thanks guys will definitely be using again .

My washing machine died this morning 25 June 2023. Went to Mitchells at 9 30a.m New one delivered at 4.00pm and installed & old machine taken away Brilliant service very friendly & helpful in the shop also fantastic men installing the new machineThank you very much No need to go anywhere else for your electrical goods?

As we like to support local businesses, we visited John Mitchell's looking for a washing machine, where George very kindly went through all the options available to us. I must say he was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable so we purchased a washing machine. Not only that but they delivered, installed and took away our old machine at no extra cost on the same day. All in all 5 star treatment and we would not hesitate to recommend John Mitchell's.

What a fantastic service from start to finish, my washing machine broke down today went and saw Mitch recommended a machine right for me, it was delivered and installed within 2 hours and my old machine taken away. Highly recommend them

I was recommended to this company and they are 5 star all the way. Very knowledgeable with appliances and very helpful and price competitive . I have since recommended them to my mum since and they acted very fast to replace a broken washing machine . They are local too and I wouldn?t go anywhere else now.

After being let down on a cooker, loads of people recommended Mitchell's. Off we went to have a look and were greeted by friendly, knowledge staff. We purchased a cooker with fitting. As is just my luck fitting wasn't quite straight forward, but these guys got me sorted after 45 minutes perseverance! Very pleased with the service I received.
