I've been getting my hair cut here for years and it's always friendly service. Recently I decided to make a big dye change and had every step and advice walked through with me. We did some research together and everything was layed out to me professionally. After the decision was made my hair looked incredible, and I'm so pleased with the service I received. It's such a wonderful environment with many knowledgeable professionals. They know their stuff and if they suggest something, I'd trust them without hesitation.

I called the saloon about two months ago and explained the situation of my teenage daughter had dyed her hair black and red with permanent hair colour and she now didn?t like it and wanted to go back to her mousy colour hair Claire said come in for a consultation and we booked an appointment she sat with us and made us aware that this wouldn?t be a quick fix and plan telling us all the ins and outs about what we needed she was very knowledgeable and very lovely we felt at ease straight away so after two appointments four hours each visit we are now totally infatuated with her beautiful colour hair and her hair is healthy as by Claire was advised us what to do and got products for her to help in the process I can?t thank Claire enough my daughter is more confident and the whole team are amazing and very professional we felt comfortable there and the saloon was spotless always being cleaned by the the young apprentice and I would fully recommend this salon as one of the no actually the best in Braintree and will be recommending it to all my friends and family once again thank you Claire and the rest of the team amazing ? I have been 3-4x in this hairdresser and all the times I have been it has been lovely until my last time I went there for highlights to cover the top the blond that came up was awful after drying, I don?t know if it was because of rushing and not let the colour set up properly (they said it was my hormones from pregnancy and didn?t set the colour) but for the solution they gave me was buy purple shampoo to sort at home after paying £80 or put two brown highlights in the front which I opt for that to don?t spend more money in purple shampoo and when I got back home they I dry the front highlights (I should have asked to do that in the saloon) and they looked black.. I was so enthusiastic to have my hair done again and I was so disappointed? had to go to boots to buy brown colour and colour my entire hair? my hair is ruined of dye ??? so so sad and disappointed

What can I say, this salon has absolutely saved me today. I had been botched by another hairdresser who had destroyed my hair with bleach and Claire and Selena have demonstrated amazing skills and made the best out of an awful situation. They showed immense compassion and care when I got upset about the state of my and they have actually restored my faith in humanity that beautiful kind people still exist. I could not recommend this salon more and I will not be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you so much for what you have done for me.

Had my hair destroyed by another salon. I saw Mel and Claire who assessed my hair and I went from long hair to a very short cut to save what was left as it was just breaking off. Over a period of many months and with their guidance of no bleaching and weekly home treatments I finally got my non damaged hair back. So happy as I did wonder at times if I would lose it all. Yesterday I was finally able to have my hair done and be blonde again. A huge thank you to Mel, Claire and Sarah. Your knowledge saved my hair. Without you I think the outcome would have been much different. A great salon with a lovely atmosphere and team of professionals. Thank you all so much!!!

Hi. I was delighted to visit this salon last week and enjoyed every moment. The owner spent a lot of time explaining me all the steps to save my hair! They are confident and experienced hairdressers. The best in town ! Affordable prices as well ??
