“This is a great shop for all sorts of kitchen utensils, from basic right up to top end items. The staff are polite, knowledgeable and helpful and there's a chopping board and some vegetables so you can try out their wide range of knives. They allowed us to leave our purchased items at the shop to collect later on, so we didn't have to carry them around for the rest of our visit to Freeport. There's a huge free car park just a short walk away that allows Freeport shoppers 6 hours of free parking. Well worth a visit, recommended. Please see my pictures ??Update.There's now a facility called Dropit, we downloaded the app and it allows you to have your purchased items collected from the store. At the end of your shopping at Freeport we notified Dropit via the app & they deliver your items to a collection point in the car park. Very useful.???”

“I don't often leave reviews, but the customer service in this store was fantastic. The assistant (apologies, I did not get your name!) was very helpful, but not annoyingly pushy. When I got home, I realised some items were missing from the box. The store manager was very helpful and kindly posted the missing items to me, free of charge. Excellent service, will be shopping here again in the future.”

Absolutely lovely hello with a smile and asked how I was, had a lovely chat with the newer lad, I had a few questions and Chris n Meg came straight out to help! Some of the most knowledgeable people I’ve ever met within the industry! “I bought a kitchen unit from here yesterday. The assistant kindly carried it to the till for me. I then realised it was too heavy for me to carry to the car so a lovely guy called Stewart helped me to get it in my car. He was really friendly and helpful. Very good customer service. ?”
