Mess everywhere. Impossible to even understand what are they selling, let alone to find sizes. See attached pictures. It?s an absolute joke- not a shopping experience for normal people.

The shop is way too dark. My eyesight is great but in this shop I struggle to see clothes, colours, etc. The changing room system is ridiculous. All of them are locked until you queue and ask someone to open it. But then again the staff is mostly busy so takes ages just to try a single piece of clothing. I like the brand, it's a shame the shopping experience is so bad.

Too dark, can't even see the clothes.
No idea who the staff are as they don't wear anything to distinguish themselves as staff. Long queues, messy shop. No idea how to get in a changing room as they're all locked.
Only good thing was that we managed to exchange an item and get the new one sent to our house with free postage.

I?m writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service me and my mother received at your store. Today on 19th of April Braintree Outlet Hollister, we waited 45 minutes outside the Hollister changing rooms ? FORTY-FIVE MINUTES ? with loads of clothes until the people came out the changing room. Then all of a sudden as it was our turn to pop in an Employees named JESS rudely said, ? You can not enter this changing room you shall queue back again?. We were sure she had seen us queuing there for a while , as she walked and glared at us while doing her job. Therefore we had to queue back again and wait for our turn but we decided to leave all of the clothes behind .We were ok with that and was about to exit the entrance door until we looked back and she had given access to the other people on the same changing room without any waiting, that had just left us in rage and anger. This could indicate how rude of a person she is to other international people and therefore exhibit RACISM.
There was no explanation nor urgency on Jess?s part to do anything remotely helpful. It was as if keeping customers waiting was part of the store experience. We were polite and patient ? way more than necessary. Jess had RUINED our day hence more and lied and denied it when being confronted.
I seriously hope this isn?t the standard of customer service you promote, because if it is, I?ll take my business (and anyone else who will listen to this experience) elsewhere.

Thank you to the young lady who helped me and my partner today with presents for my 13 year old daughter. You asked us if we wanted any help, gave us your advice and then ordered what we wanted (the teddy jumper and leggings). Awful, it's literally like a jumble sale - there's no order to anything and there's clothes all over the floor, people just throw stuff back instead of placing it... But it's also pitch black inside the store so you can't SEE anything you're picking up properly - just an awful shopping experience all around.

My partner and I walked in on sat 30/03/24 and it looked like a jumble sale. Clothes on floor and just left everywhere. Only saw three staff and two were on the till. Need to get more staff in. Looked more like primark instead of a designer store.
Lighting too dark. Couldn't see a thing!
Clothes are OK and reasonable price....what I could see of them.

Went into this store and whilst I was looking, I was kindly asked if I needed any help! When I had chosen a jumper I liked and went to the till with someone already being served in front of me, I see the same person who had previously asked me if I needed help, see me waiting and dart over to take my payment, he was extremely polite and helpful, hence why I needed to write this review. I can?t remember his name but looking at my receipt says cashier 02441391 this person goes above and beyond and I although I love the quality of the clothing, makes me want to shop here much more often. ???

Lovely helpful staff but I found it so dark inside. Having said that, the lovely assistant found what I was looking for.
