Horrendous experience here first thing this morning with the girl with long black hair and nose ring. Came in asking for products to support me with a chest infection, she aggressivly told me 'they couldnt touch me' and that i needed anti biotics. Try to explain to her that the doctor had confirmed it wasnt bacterial, so anti biotics wouldnt work. She point blank refused to serve me even throat sweets, when i challenged her, she told me i was being rude and needed to leave, never have i experienced such awful customer service, clearly this girl needs more product and customer training. Holland and Barratt, she is definately not representing your brand well atall. Will be taking this further!
