Food was lovely as usual, bit expensive, but you get what you pay for, strawberry milkshake was absolutely gorgeous. Staff very helpful.

We had a delivery from just eat which turned up wrong, i drove to the restaurant at freeport and the service was incredible. Not only did they apologise but remade my order immediately and offered us free drinks / side order for the inconvenience. So impressed by the 2 young guys who served me they deserve a pay rise thank you!

We had Bacon and cheese burger 'all the way' ( mayo, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup, and mustard) Really lovely tasty burger, although freshly made in front of us, I think because of all of the salad it felt slightly cold. Very expensive (£11 each burger) so didn't get fries. All cooked in peanut oil. Shared a drink( £5) but refillable, lots of different flavors to choose from.Was not at all busy. Very clean restaurant.

Never been to five guys before, thought I'd try it out. Id like to say I was very pleased with my visit. The food was great I loved the burger the meat was succulent and the toppings of my choosing added to the experience. I consider eating food a very therapeutic experience and this certainly delivered. The large chips I ordered really were large although there was so much salt on them I do think they used it to mask the true flavour of the chips. Anyway the burger is the main reason I came and it was wonderful but expensive. Staff were great, very quiet on a Tuesday evening got a burger just before closing and service was very quick. Seating area did have a feeling of an empty kitchen but it's alright, it feels technical and American but not too cosy.Parking: So many spaces you won't be searchingWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible ramp

Overall a great experience as with any Five Guys. I did have loads mushrooms on my hot dog despite saying no mushrooms but not the end of the world.Vegetarian options: They sell a veggie sandwich with or without cheese. This is fresh veg not a veggie patty.

The two guys who were working at the time were so patient and understanding. It was my first time eating out with a gluten allergy so I was a little nervous about asking for it with no bun, but they were so accommodating and wrapped it in lettuce instead for me !! So chuffed and the burger was delicious! Thank you so much ?

If you like burgers and fries you'll love this place. Obviously a very expensive choice but in my opinion the extra money is worth it. Actually tastes like food and freshly cooked most of the time. Braintree one was pretty good. I must say service was very good and staff friendly. Downside was the burger wasn't quite warm as you can see not warm enough to melt the cheese properly. I've also had better fries at other branches. But still not sure if this was just a random experience. Worth coming to still.

Peanuts ? and burgers ? ??Dirty floors, toilets and tables ? ?When you pay restaurant prices and don't get a plate, the least they can provide is some basic cleaning and hygiene. The place is grotty and I don't like eating in there.

Stood at the counter waiting to order, 6 members of staff all looked over but none wanted to go on the till so acted busy and wouldn't look over again.After 5 mins stood like a lemon we left and will never come back.

The boy who took my order was very polite. Staff were busy but also seemed friendly. Ordered a little cheeseburger as it's just one patty & regular fries. Held off on a milkshake today but they're usually nice & creamy. Food was cooked fresh, burger was juicy & my toppings of choice (ketchup, mustard, pickles etc) were full of flavor. Chips were gorgeous, lightly salted, crispy on the outside & fluffy on the inside. Perfect. Yes, the food is rather expensive & packaged like a take out but it's standard for Five Guys! All part of the experience & good for a treat now & then.
