“I was due for an eye test. Boots sent me an email confirming this and offering to allow me to schedule the test online. A slot was available the following day, so I clicked on it. The app worked well and, within a few minutes, I was booked for an eye test. When I attended the eye test, I was a little early. The staff pre-screened me and I was shown into the test itself bang on time. Test completed, I found I needed new reading glasses to replace the ones I'd had (from Boots) from years ago. As I'm also on the Boots contact lens scheme, I was entitled to 50% off the whole bill for the new frames and lenses I selected. I'm looking forward to getting the new glasses. Overall, a great experience and I can definitely recommend Boots for both the service and the products they supply.”
