Really want to say a massive thank you to the two Ladies in the Braintree branch on Sunday 4th August... I do have your names on the receipt which I've left at home, Just doing this at work after I was saying how great the service was.
I placed an online order and changed my mind to the original ring instore I'd picked out.. should've done it all there in the first place!!.. you were both busy and dealt with my difficult swap over while serving other customers, so THANK YOU once again

Ordered and paid for a ring in store which we were told would be delivered to our home address within 1-2 weeks. 3 weeks later, still no ring. No one at head office will help us and the store never answers the phone, despite multiple voicemails left. Didn?t even receive an email confirmation after the order. Terrible service

So disappointed today. I'm a regular customer. Bought diamonds and tag watches, various collection pieces. Today I asked for something, served by a young man who seemed clueless. Shop also smelt of BO. I ended up walking out.

This company ruined my proposal !!!!!!!I bought a ring at this shop. They garantee in case of needed tightening 3/5 working days , with a maximum . At the end 14 days instead 3/5 as agreement for make it tigthen and at the end ?They had RUINED the ring , The ring was in very bad condition! One side with a visible gap .They apologized and gave us a refund without considering the money and time spent and my ruined proposal!!!!!!(in 2 days the plan was have the celebration with the family abroad ).They ruined a special moment , my partner is very upset .They should have done a compensation at least. Zero professionalism and Problem solving , so be careful people cause now my woman feel horrible for their fault and our day is ruined . I received the email back this afternoon and they are incapable to sort the situation. They said Was my fault of choosing to buy something broken. WARNING THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL. What you see is not what you get. ??

My boyfriend in November purchased a ring.The store manager guaranteed me a repair within a maximum of 3/5 working days if the ring was large.The ring was big, so within three days, we went to the store together, and following the store manager's advice, we decided to tighten it up in two sizes.From that moment on, your company or the store manager was found to be unprofessional by not respecting the pre-established deadlines of 3/5 days but asking us to wait 10 to 14 days for the repair.We accepted and collected the receipt with the collection date of December 12th.Two days before collection, I called and was told that the work had not yet been started as it was impossible to tighten that much (at this point, I had to deduce that the repairman was incapable). So we opted for the reduction to one size only, pointing out for the second time the lack of professionalism, having called us rather than them, who should have called promptly, not to make us wait all those days in vain.They apologized and told us that it would be ready in two days.Four days pass, and finally, the ring is ready.We arrive at the office, take the ring and realize after a few hours that the ring has been ruined.The ring had non-uniform joints attached to the bezel; on one side, it went under the bezel (as it was initially), and on the other side, it was detached, creating a horrible optical effect.At that point, I pointed it out to the store manager, and he immediately returned without asking or providing a solution, ruining my proposal.After 2 days, I had the flight to Italy to celebrate this event, which was supposed to be beautiful with family and friends.It is not acceptable to return the money and act as if nothing had happened; my partner and I have suffered considerable psychological trauma due to this event.I needed more than returning the money, and I did not request it as I instead wanted a solution.

If it were possible to give 0 instead of 1, I would provide an equal 0 to the professionalism of this company .
In November my patner decided to propose to me and bought a ring worth 3000£ at this shop. They garantee that if the ring is large, the company will provide to sent the ring for tightening in 3/5 working days , with a maximum . I received my ring on 20 November ,and it turned out to be large so after 3/4 days we took it to the shop to tighten it. They told you it would be take 12 days and no longer 5 days as agreed.
According to the store manager that help us to chose the right size , we chose to have it shrunk into 2 sizes and they gave us the receipt for collection on 12th Dec (MAX time). A day before the alleged collection, my patner called and they said that unfortunately the ring had not been made because it could not be tightened by two size.
Then we asked to tighten it by one, but we let them know that they should have called immediately and not made us wait weeks. They apologized and promised to get it back in 2 days , after 4 days it was ready and ????
They had RUINED the ring , the genius who had ?repaired? it had tightened it unevenly; it was visibile to the naked eye that one side went under the bezel while the he other was detached, creating a horrible optical effect. Disappointed, we go to the store they apologized and gave us a refund without considering the money spent , the time spent and my ruined proposal, which is priceless(in 2 days the plan was have the celebration with the family abroad ).
They ruined a special moment , creating tension , and stress in the couple.
They should have done a compensation at least.
Zero professionalism and EMPATHY , so be careful because they could ruin one of the happiest days of your life.

Recently in the store and was served by Nicole who changed the battery in my watch. She was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this store to people.
