Ann was so helpful and knowledgeable, offered us a drink, checked what mattress was suitable for each of us on the sleep match machine, and then found us our happy pillows. Taking the pillows with us we were given a choice of mattresses to try, and as many times as we wanted, we were not rushed or pushed at all, and she answered all our questions with ease. We were very happy with our purchase and would definitely go back again and would be happy to recommend to others.

Dont buy in store, order online. They have hostile, anti-consumer return and refund policies that prevent you from returning large items if you buy them in store.

The staff were great, very helpful and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed at all while we were trying all of the different mattresses. We were then given very clear options on purchasing and finance options.

We wanted to go back to a Tempur mattress. Dreams Braintree is our local branch. We were greeted by Kyle - who helped us decide which one is best for us both.
The whole process was 1st Class. Kyle was very patient and knowledgeable. Starting with 'The Sleep Machine!' And then trying different mattress depth and firmness. Overall an excellent experience.

We went into the Dreams Braintree Store today and was met by a very friendly, polite, helpful and professional lady named Kayleigh. Kayleigh listened to what my Mum needed, made really helpful suggestions and explained each product to us. Her knowledge was amazing and she couldnt do enough to help us. My Mum bought a bed and we were extremely happy and impressed with the service and the items we purchased from Kayleigh. This lady is a credit to Dreams and we cant recommend her highly enough, totally brilliant service, thanks for help us and making Mum feel comfortable and at ease you were fantastic Kayleigh x

Overall a fantastic customer experience. Young lad called Myles welcomed us to the store, made myself and my folks a coffee then talked me through Dreams new mattress tester. It came up with various types and models and we tried all of them talking through each one, even recommending me a few based on similar types. End up buying a mattress and the process was quick and easy.

We both thought the service we received from Ann was absolutely first rate. It must be unusual for a couple to arrive in store wanting to buy 2 double beds. But Ann was not phased by this . She was patient and professional. She guided each of us on how to use the Sleepmatch device. She also made sure we each tried all the selected mattresses and we stayed on each one for several minutes. She went back and forth to ensure we were both being looked after. We were in the store for a considerable length of time, but Ann did not rush us at all. By the time we had selected our two beds we were very happy with our choices. A huge thank you to Ann!
