Despite being a long-time customer I'm never ordering Domino's Pizza again. Our food arrived one hour and 10 minutes after ordering - which would have been fine if it was still somewhat hot. This was nearing lukewarm - like something you'd left on the side for 20 minutes. Not really surprising, seeing as on the tracker, the driver had parked up on a nearby housing estate for around half an hour after leaving the Dominos premises and prior to reaching us. In addition our Pepperoni Passion fries turned out to be plain (cold, obviously) fries.
I phoned the shop, explained the problem, and was immediately asked whether I wanted more food or a refund. I opted for a refund, and we did a pizza out of the freezer instead. The rest of the pizza was distributed between the birds (the dough) and the food waste bin (the toppings).
I waited a week for the refund to arrive, to no avail, so got in touch with Dominos online complaints. After several attempts to make contact, and after supplying pictures, I was told that:
- the food must have been hot because "all our deliveries are transported in thermal hot bags, which are specifically designed to keep food hot for up to an hour". So obviously I am lying.
- it was busy, so they make double deliveries on nights like that. Hmmm... well given that the driver was at ours for all of 2 minutes, I fail to see what she was doing in the other 20-30 minutes since leaving the store.
- they could see from the pictures that "having reviewed the images, they show the food in line with our usual presentation and quality standards". I'm not sure how they assessed the temperature of the food from an image - and quite how plain chips can acceptably pass for Cheesy Pepperoni chips is beyond me.
Anyway - a totally flat refusal to refund, despite original promise. So really, the only decent person who had a clue in all of this was the person who answered the phone in the shop who promised a refund - as you'd expect - unfortunately decency does not seem to be part of national company policy.

Really poor. Ongoing complaint...
Was originally promised a refund or replacement by the store for stone cold food being delivered. I chose a refund as it was getting late.
Dealing with online complaints it boils down to:
- Valentines Day was busy, so it took over an hour to get the food to me.
- They deny that the food was cold, because their bags keep food hot for an hour! [they clearly are not working].
- The cheesy pepperoni fries that turned up as plain fries pass their presentation and quality standards.
- the store cannot offer refunds. It has to be done by an area manager.

Braintree store delivered the wrong order and have not offered anything to rectify this (refund or replacement - 15/12/24)

If I could give zero stars I would! Iv been ordering from this place for years! Today I put in an order for a half and half Korean chicken and new yorker went to collect, walk home and I open the box to find hardly any toppings on the new yorker side and hardly any and no sauce on the Korean side! I called and they said they would replace it only the Korean side is wrong missing the sauce, the lack of toppings is normal, I order from there all the time and iv never had a pizza with so few toppings! Iv basically just spent £12.49 on round breed with cheese on top! Absolute joke

If you're lucky enough to get the right items you ordered, you usually get a fairly tasty meal. Unfortunately, it's increasingly rare to get what you ordered. I can't remember the last time they got our order right. They have not brought items, got the wrong food, or have somehow got meat on vegan items. We always check what has been delivered straight away and tell the driver. They then either say, "we'll bring it back" or "we'll get the manager to call and refund you". Neither happens. On the latest occasion, I contacted the manager who said I'd be refunded. Unsurprisingly, this never happened. Reading the other reviews, this seems a common theme. If they can't get the basics right, then I'd be worried about things like food safety and hygiene. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are available, but we have had them arrive with ham on them. Complained and got nowhere (not even a refund).
Dietary restrictions: They somehow get meat on vegetarian/vegan dishes, so I wouldn't be confident that they get other things right (e.g. dairy free). It's not worth the risk.

So I arrived at the store 10 mins after I was told to collect via the app, the guy at the counter told me it was just being cooked so I said okay the app must be lying to me, after waiting another 10 minutes another staff member asked if I had been served yet and I explained the above to her, she then turnt around and said yes it's here and waiting on the hot shelf so it had been sat for a good 20 minutes with the guy denying it had been made ?? please dominos get some staff with brains that can read! It's not the first time you guys have messed up and looking at other reviews there's clearly something wrong!!

Ordered a collection, pizza was undercooked. We all got ill. called many times store no answer. Complained via the email to head office got once response they asked for pictures. I have sent no response, followed up no response. Awful pizza and awful customer service from the store and head office.

Didn?t wanna leave a review but was promised contact and got 0 after launching a complaint pizza with no cheese just sauce and toppings cheese garlic bread looking like someone punched it I get it?s loads of kids working there but managers need to get a grip and sort it out hopefully now I get contact back

Dreadful customer service? placed an order for delivery at 6pm? no sign of it by 7:20pm. Called the store, they said they had a power cut and my order was transferred to a different local store? waited an hour still nothing? called both stores numerous times, they picked up and hung up immediately every time. I then drove to the local store and asked what was happening with my pizza? Nobody seemed to know anything and it turns out they had simply cancelled my order without notifying me. No apology. Avoid.
