Fantastic, ex coach house. Wonderful beamed ceiling with the original ?The Horn? pub sign hanging inside. Service is brilliant and friendly. Needless to say, caffe is delicious . Must admit, that is the case in the majority of Costa outlets. Thanks guys

The staff are absolutely lovely, special shout-out to the lovely lady with red glasses, she took her time with my young nephew who wanted to order for himself even recommending him different hot chocolate flavours and taking into account to make it cooler for him so he didn?t burn himself.

A good cafe of which the staff are first class and the reullar staff have a very good memory of he usual order or ordered one has.

Omg what disgusting toilets. So bad that the flys couldn't wait to get out. Poo on the seat, stinks of pee. Why have you allowed it to get like this. Worst than a public toilets. Someone's not doing there job. Awful disgusting. Sort it out costa makes me wonder what the kitchen is like.

Damien was lovely, the new guy without the name badge needs to learn how to smile he was miserable even though I said thank you for spending my money in your shop.

The staff are absolutely fantastic very friendly and accommodating, the shop its self is clean and tidy but with one exception the blue sofa which in my opinion should go as its full of stains and doesn't look nice. Food is hot and delicious ? main bar is very clean and tidy, Amy Danyel Molly and Carter are the most cheerful young people ive met.

Didn?t fulfil order - very bad service - Toast much better, at least they complete your order. Will be taking my business to Toast in the future - rude staff.

Good friendly service (usually) in a nice environment. Although they could do with having more flavour in their lattes; everytime I ask for 2 or 3 shots of syrup it tastes like a single and sometimes like nothing at all. :S
