We sat outside but I had a prawn mayo prepacked sandwich. What a disappointment and going out of date on the day I bought it. £23 for 3 sandwiches 3 drinks and those horrible crisps yuk never again

Toilets were filthy. Wet floor strewn with toilet roll.Hair and dirt on toilet and wash basin. Disgusting toilet and some body had 'dirtied' the seat!

It was pouring down with rain so I went into Costa. I thought I was going to spend 35 minutes drinking my coffee but after about 2 minutes a staff member, who barely put the small sentence together, said they are closing early at 5:30pm! They should have told me that before I ordered my coffee! Of course, I would not have ordered it! And to add insult to injury the girl who let me out said your welcome because I didn't say anything to her when I left! Terrible service!

this store brainmakes me realise why I like being in costa coffee in Freeport the staff are friendly and polite and give you the best service available most of the time they are busy that's why when you wait for your coffee and snacks you are getting fresh and hot you look around the empty tables are always clean and the floor spotless have used the toilet no change always cleaned regular and what ever food I've eaten they have always tasted fresh and not dry thanks to the staff inside thanks to you all have a great Christmas 23Parking: parking is right next to the shops and plenty of spacesWheelchair accessibility: very easy to get around

Staff very friendly and helpful, area clean access good for disabled and wheel chair. Drinks makers on the day could have spent more time making drinks than chit chat between each other. Not to say they cannot talk but on that day it was a bit OTT. But usually very good.
