Didn?t even get through the front door owing to invisible step stopping wheelchair accessibility despite other shops (next door) being accessible. This day and age is not excusable.

This is an excellent, very conveniently located branch of Costa in the very heart of Braintree Town. The food was fantastic and the coffee was perfect. The staff were very friendly and extremely professional throughout, and they were polite even when super busy.
