Always a warming atmosphere, with smiley, friendly staff the moment you walk though the door. I think the parking on site is not their fault, it's a very small area to manoeuvre a vehicle with limited space. Needs improvement drastically. Overall the staff do their best with such a small establishment. I have been going here for over 4years and have seen slight improvements but have seen a lot of theft and harassment to staff far too often. I hope HR /CEO will see this and take some action to improve their establishment. Will continue to shop here but hope to see your response to this.

Thanks for being so polite to my wife and son today when I got home from work she mentioned she'd been to your store how polite and attentive you were and a staff member even held the door open for them when they left
