If you want good after sales service don?t buy from this shop. Fitters banged my new radiator and damaged the valve making it leak. The receptionist denied they had done it before even speaking to the fitters. My plumber confirmed that it had been knocked causing the leak. When I emailed them they didn?t even have the courtesy to reply. Very rude in my opinion. I won?t be going there again or recommending them as they have really let themselves down when all I wanted was them to admit to the damage and say sorry.
